ShareASale - Adding Your Credentials to FMTC

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to find your ShareASale credentials and add them to FMTC. By following these steps, your merchant relationship statuses will automatically sync (once every 24 hours) with FMTC.

These instructions explain how to:

Add your Affiliate ID.

Add your MerchantSync credentials*

*You must add your Affiliate ID before you can set up MerchantSync.

1. Login to the ShareASale publisher dashboard - https://www.shareasale.com/info/affiliate-login/

2. Copy the number in parentheses

3. Go to your FMTC dashboard - https://account.fmtc.co/cp/dash

4. Click "Relationships" then “Manage Network IDs”

5. Under US Affiliate Networks, click in the "ShareASale (SAS)" box, add your Affiliate ID, then click "Save"

6. Login to the ShareASale publisher dashboard with an Admin user - https://www.shareasale.com/info/affiliate-login/

7. Click “TOOLS” then “API REPORTING”

8. Add FMTC’s IP to your account: 34.198.149.178 (we only need access to Merchant Reports)

9. Copy your Token and your Secret Key

10. Go to your FMTC dashboard - https://account.fmtc.co/cp/dash

11. Click "Relationships" then "MerchantSync"

12. Scroll down to Status. Toggle “Sync network relationships with FMTC” on (On = Green). *This setting applies to all networks; you only have to toggle this on once.

13. Click the ShareASale logo

14. Click “Edit” and paste your Token in the Token box and your Secret Key in the Secret Key box

15. Click “Save”

16. Click “Sync” - if setup correctly, a green confirmation box and the quantity of merchants synced is shown
