Parameters
For more reference, please visit https://help.phgsupport.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048586192-Tracking
We do have a document covering possible link syntax:
In short, there is the DEFAULT format:
https://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX
You can modify the default to include PUBREF, ADREF and/or Deeplink to a unique Destination:
Pubref: http://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/pubref:newcastle
Adref: http://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/ar:london
Deeplink: http://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/destination:http://www.advertiser.com
OR combine them:
All 3 parameters: https://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/pubref:newcastle/ar:london/destination:http://www.advertiser.com
Only pubref/adref: https://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/pubref:newcastle/ar:london
Only adref and deeplink: https://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/ar:london/destination:http://www.advertiser.com
Only pubref and deeplink: https://prf.hn/click/camref:XXXX/pubref:newcastle/destination:http://www.advertiser.com
It matters the ORDER of the used parameters:
[Default Tracking link with Camref] THEN [pubref] THEN [adref] END WITH [Deeplink]
Further are able to track with Creative tracking, those tracking links include Creativeref:
/creativeref:XYZ1234
The Creativeref tracking links contains the destination, BUT can have pubref/adref added AFTER the 'creativeref':
/creativeref:XYZ1234/pubref:newcastle/ar:london
Parameter | Purpose |
---|---|
sid | My unique ID |
subId | |
clickref | |
URL Structures
For all links here, across all networks, the "%" is a placeholder, matching 0 or more characters. It's typically the value of a URL parameter, and is also used in "http%://" to indicate that both "http" and "https" are possible.
